Efugio is a village territory seeking city-state ship within the official region of the Village Territories -- it's candidacy will be determined at the Dealing of 350 AC, alongside the village territories of Folthysland and Vysetharia. For now, it remains at the top of the list of several notable village territories, in several categories such as strength, economy, size, and regional influence. Its population teeters just over a million people; large, perhaps, but sparsely populated when compared to Meyron or Lavos.
