Richard Karthmere (born October 2nd, 290 AC) is a Thyllanorian member of House Karthmere who currently serves as a diplomat and emissary of Thyllanorian matters abroad, particularly in the Moonlyt Peaks, where he takes residence. He is the son of Leonel Karthmere, and grandson of Vickent Karthmere. He is distantly related to current ruler Dalan II Karthmere.
